I realize YouTube is run by Google and they are supposedly the “king of the web” and whatnot. And don’t get me wrong, I love Google. But, Vimeo, to me, just seems a few hundred times better than YouTube. The videos are higher quality (in both content and resolution), the community is much more friendly, and I find navigating the site to be a joy.
So, with those points in mind, why does everyone flock to YouTube when Vimeo is a perfectly good alternative?
I have tried every solution to this problem. For some reason vimeo and any other video browsing websites work but not youtube. Does anyone have an explination
