There’s a really cool, guitar-band-based song on the most recent NewNowNext commercial playing on LOGO but, because it is an instrumental I can’t use lyrics to site it or search for it anywhere. It’s the commercial with The Presets, Le Roux, and The Cliks saying “Hi!”
Hey I’m in a band called FrostBite, and was wondering would anyone want to make a logo/design for us… you will get full credit for it, and also maybe could you design a cool guitar inlay. for example syn from Avenged sevenfold has a death bat

Yo, im 15 and I’m getting my first tattoo of hopefully many to come eventually. In planning on eventually getting sleeves. I want to get tattoos for each major good time/ happy time of my life and I want it to be of my band: suicidal virtues. We’ve been together since we were each very little kids. We’re practically brothers and sisters. I know I want to get the tatoo. We are each getting one and NO this isn’t peer pressure, Ive wanted This tatoo since I was 9. I want it to start from the inside of my wrist to the middle of my arm. Is that too big for a first tattoo? I have a idea the style wich will look kind of like ETF’s band logo. With fog/ shade around it. Does this seem like a good style? I wish I had a sketching of my idea that I could add but I don’t know how. But try to visualize it. Do you think it would look cool? I know in a professional place of business sleeves wouldnt be a good idea.. but I’m striving to become a professional musician(guitarist), and working at a Musial supply store( ie. Guitar center, five star, sims..etc..). Currently planning on a deal with velocity and rise records. Give me some criticism and opinions. I have enough money and my already agreed to sign for any parental consent forms. Btw I know it’s gunna hurt, I don’t care. I’ve been through worse. But thanks guys:) please don’t try to encourage me to wait till I’m eighteen. I know I want to get it. PS sorry for reporting but I just want Yo get idea of wether it will look good or not.
Like, I don’t know what it is, but we both started a new school and I’ve made loads of new close friends (which I couldn’t do in our old school cause she was too clingy) and now she’s like constantly trying to impress me. If I have a new saying she like uses it all the time to try and make herself look “cool”, and I told her I liked a song so she spent all of her night learning the words to it. Then I told her that I loved this tv show so she made the LOGO her PROFILE PICTURE on FACEBOOK. Like wtf? Then like, I was in music class and I was telling my friend that I absolutely love playing the acoustic guitar, so my friend begged her mum to buy her one for christmas.. this is driving me mad.. why is she doing this??
What should i paint on my les paul guitar?

I want to paint somethin cool on it, the probllem is idk what to do. im not really into skulls, flames, etc, and i dont want any band logos or anything that has already been done before. ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP.. I dont want it to look boyish, but im not a girly girl, however a floral design like jimi h. might not be so bad. But i want other ideas than that please.

Ok well in the school i am bigger and i want to be friends with the guys. I am different from all the other girls in my class besides my size they are all preps but i on the other hand am deffinately not a prep! i am more like a punk/rocker girl. i dont like pink too much unless with black. No i am not an emo or goth i just am more of the rocker type. I am bigger liek i said but i like to wear alot of black or anything with a band logo on it. i like mcr fall out boy all american rejects the academey is and the only one not like punk rock…..hanson. but i mean i am deffinately not an annoing girl. alot of kids seem like “scared” of me but i mean i am really nice unless someone ticks me off!
but i play guitar. i mean Guys does this seem cool? or would you rather have a prep?
and we have a dress code. plaid skirt and polo top. uniform
So, I’m gettting a decal for my acoustic (and maybe electric) guitar.
But I have no idea what to get. I want to get something well known that makes a statement. Umm.
I’d never have anything like a unit sticker, or rockstar energy drink sticker.
I’m not like that, and everyone would think i’m a try hard if I just “start” owning stuff like that.
(Considering the fact I’m a semi nerd)
If I was any nerdier, I’d put like a troll face or nyan cat, or something on it. But. Yeah.
Something comical and cool.
Or comical. OR cool.
Cool preferably, that’s not a logo.
Nyan cat being an example of cool (because it’s colourful) and slightly comical.
Also if you know of any sweet designs around that I could put on it.

Look, I understand your opinions about “Don’t do it” and stuff.
First of all. My electric is a $110 Legacy that my parents probably bought from a grocer. (Not really but…) I’m going to make it look amazing.
And for my acoustic, I’m looking for something simple okay. Nothing that’s going to destroy it.
Something like what Kaki king has on her guitars.
And I don’t have tonns of money to do something fancy. That’s why I’m going for a sticker.
So if you don’t want to actually answer the question and just patronise me. Don’t bother.
Ok everyone who has played Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero 2 knows what the hype is about. One insane rhythm game that makes you feel like a true guitar rockstar. Great environment, cool characters, sweet guitars, fun multiplayer, and amazing song lists. Now its time for the next generation. Guitar Hero 3! But whats this? Harmonix has split and now has competition. Rock Band!
Hmmmm…..what to pick. Guitar Hero has amazing visuals, kick ass songs, even better detailed characters, venues, and guitars. Rock Band has nice visuals, awesome songs, create your own band, design your own logo, and MORE INSTRUMENTS!!!

What do you think will look cool on a guitar for designs/graphics wise??? I am currently drawing up guitars with designs on it and i want more ideas on them.. so far i have 2 epiphone guitars one with flames and one with the criss angel mindfreak logo. then i have another guitar with van halen like stripes but in my own design of strips.???
Also do you think i should make a website and/or a myspace page of my drawings??
